Order processing time

All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day.

Receive free standard shipping on all orders within Europe. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

If delivery is attempted but nobody is home then a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office. Casa Odor recommends that if you are not home during business hours that you request Casa Odor to send your parcel to you at your work address.

Information for international customers

International orders can be requested by email. Cost is calculated based on your location and items in your cart. You can get a quote for shipping costs by adding records to your shopping cart and clicking “checkout” (you will need to have an account and be logged in).

Returns policy

Please choose your purchases carefully as Casa Odor does not accept returns unless they are genuinely faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. Items damaged or broken because of faulty packaging may be returned together with the faulty packaging. If you have an item you wish to return, you must first email Casa Odor for a Return Advice form and send the item back to Casa Odor within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
