Conditions of Use

Casa Odor reserves the right to amend these conditions from time to time and the amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on this site. By your subsequent use of this site, you agree to be bound by the amended conditions.

When you visit www.casaodor.com or send emails to Casa Odor, you are communicating with Casa Odor electronically. You consent to receive communications from Casa Odor electronically. Casa Odor will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Casa Odor provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Casa Odor will preserve the content of any email from you if it believes there is a legal requirement to do so. Casa Odor will take all reasonable steps to preserve the security of your personal information (including credit card details).

Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods described on this site for the price as specified on Casa Odor's price list. Your order must contain your name, address, email address credit card details and any other information specified on this site. You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted even if Casa Odor's decision whether to accept or reject your offer is still pending. No undertaking is given as to the availability of the goods advertised on this site. Goods will be delivered in accordance with Casa Odor's shipping policy published on this site. Title will pass once payment has been received but risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch.

Listed prices are exclusive of taxes duties and charges imposed or levied. Certain countries may include local taxes, which are listed in the checkout if they are incurred in connection with the supply of goods.

Trademarks

You must not use Casa Odor's trademarks in connection with any product or service that does not form part of Casa Odor's business or in a manner that may be confusing, misleading or deceptive to the public or disparages or discredits Casa Odor, its products or services or this website. Casa Odor undertakes to comply with the terms of its Privacy and security policy posted on this website under the heading Policies. However, if you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead Casa Odor. If you are under 18, you may use Casa Odor's website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Casa Odor and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. Governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws in force in Spain. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

Warranty coverage

Casa Odor’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: Casa Odor warrants all diffusion products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.

Payment by credit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards. We protect the security of your credit card number during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. Please note that Casa Odor reserves the right to ask for proof of identity on all Credit Card orders.

Shipping policy

Receive free standard shipping on all orders within Europe. Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

If delivery is attempted but nobody is home then a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office. Casa Odor recommends that if you are not home during business hours that you request Casa Odor to send your parcel to you at your work address.

Information for international customers

International orders can be requested by email. Cost is calculated based on your location and items in your cart. You can get a quote for shipping costs by adding records to your shopping cart and clicking “checkout” (you will need to have an account and be logged in).

Returns policy

Please choose your purchases carefully as Casa Odor does not accept returns unless they are genuinely faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. Items damaged or broken because of faulty packaging may be returned together with the faulty packaging. If you have an item you wish to return, you must first email Casa Odor for a Return Advice form and send the item back to Casa Odor within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

Casa Odor recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of its customers. It does NOT sell, trade, or give-away any information it may have on any of its users and members. Please be advised that information provided via the Casa Odor website enquiry fields may be forwarded to a third party distributor of Casa Odor’s products, if one is located in your region.

How secure is information about me?

For the security of your information during transmission, Casa Odor uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to Casa Odor for purchasing of Casa Odor’s products or services.

If you provide credit card details as part of the ordering process, we encrypt those details as they are passed to our payment gateway company to be processed. We never store your credit card details on our server or with your order. Casa Odor is compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
